Boy, this is a critical bug!

I am editing this issue to see if I receive a notification.

I did receive a notification, yay! Now I'm editing it and checking the "Do not send" box so I shouldn't receive one.

I didn't receive the notification, as expected. Seems to be working fine, life is good.
